  • POWER OF ATTORNEY

    A written authorization to represent and/or act on another's behalf in private affairs, business, or some other legal matter in the event the person becomes incapacitated and/or after death.

  • TRUSTS/WILL

    A legal document that ensures assets are passed down to heirs as per your wishes.

  • ADVANCED HEALTHCARE DIRECTIVE

    A legal document that explains your medical decisions and wishes, in the event you cannot make the decisions yourself. This allows your health care team and loved ones to know what kind of care you want, or who you designate to make decisions.
